Completed 2010

Project Architect for the remodeling of this prestigious and historic condominium building in Chicago.  Work included main lobby, side lobbies and elevator lobbies.

 

Burj Dubai Development Plots 63a and 14 – (with Powell Kleinschmidt) Interior Design, Dubai UAE

Design of the residential units for two high end condominium developments in conjunction with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architects.

 

Noble Communications – (with Powell Kleinschmidt) Office Relocation, Chicago, IL and Headquarters in Springfield, MO

Completed 2009

Relocation of Noble and Associates, an advertizing and food product development agency, Chicago offices and the design of a their new headquarters in Springfield, MO. The Chicago offices included flexible office space, test kitchen, and hospitality space. The Springfield headquarter, featured an extensive learning and test kitchen as well as office and meeting space in a traditional context.

 

CNA  - (with Powell Kleinschmidt) Lobby Remodeling, Chicago, IL.

Completed 2008

Remodeling of the lobby of the CNA building to accommodate the change from a single tenant building to a multi-tenant building. Include the expansion of the ground floor lobby requiring a new curtain wall and the relocation of one of two existing escalators.

 

Mayer Brown Rowe and Maw - (with Powell Kleinschmidt) Office Relocation, Chicago, IL

Assisted the Chicago Law firm in their relocation from 190 South LaSalle to 71 South Wacker in Chicago. The 400,000 SF of office space included 10 floors of attorney offices and two amenity floors including a conference center and multi-purpose facilities.

 

Eimer Stahl  - (with Powell Kleinschmidt) Office Relocation and Expansion, Chicago.

Office space for a Law Firm in the historic Santa Fe building in Chicago. The project included the thoughtful re-use of existing materials integrated to achieve a cohesive and new office environment.
